Who are Your Partners?
Our partners are various, high quality manufacturers and wholesalers who carry top quality art supplies. We carry all of the top name brands of art supplies. Due to our very good relations with our suppliers, we are able to receive prompt shipment of the items that we need. So, even if we are temporarily out of an item that you need, we can usually get it very quicly.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally..
How are orders shipped, and can I track my order?
Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If your order is shipped via UPS, we will let you know what your UPS tracking number is, so you can track your order.
Once I order, how soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. If it will take longer to ship your order, or if a product is out of stock, we will notify you.
